Fiocchetto Stravecchione is made from fiocchetti (the leanest, smallest muscle from the pig’s thigh) skilfully sourced from the best Italian farms. This creation is enriched with Parmigiano Reggiano DOP.
Local ingredients, 100% handcrafted meat processing, and the very slow cooking without moulds make this product one of a kind. Like the other cooked hams by Cotteria Magrì, it is left to rest for a long time before being sold.
