Our Creations

Our specialties are made by pork, beef and poultry — carefully selected by our experts as for animal origin, nutrition and welfare.
Salting, tying, and shaping cured meat strictly by hand as well as slowly steaming meat with hot vapor and cooking it without moulds: these are the ingredients of a successful company that has been doing business with unaltered passion for over 50 years.
This is how our cooked specialties were born: we were among the first to use fiocco di coscia – the leaner, smaller and most prized cut of the pig’s leg, also known as culatta – and to make it special by stuffing it with truffles, aromatic herbs, spices or freshly grated Italian cheese.
