Made with tender slices of the finest beef silverside, seasoned with honey, steamed and gently smoked over pure beech wood. It is a very tasty and delicate roast beef, to be served as thinly sliced cured meat or seasoned with various recipes such as salad, arugula, parmesan, cherry tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil.
