A New Management for A New Project

Paola Patacchini and Massimiliano Andreozzi have joined Antica Gastronomia in Mogliano in 1987. The company has specialised in making porchetta, cured meats and a wide range of deli products, from pasta dishes to desserts.
Maurizio Areni is the son of Dino, one of the founders of Salumificio del Conero in Castelfidardo, a company where Maurizio has been working for 22 years and which was left by the Areni family in 2012.
